WhatsApp allows users to apply any emoji they like most as a message response. A few days ago, people saw that WhatsApp added a message response to its platform, and it works in a similar way to how you react to messages received on iMessage, Twitter, and even Facebook’s own Messenger app. In addition, WhatsApp released a new sticker pack called Sticker Heist to celebrate the launch of the fifth season of the popular Netflix show Money Heist, the last season of which was launched on Friday.

wabetainfo says “After publishing the first article about WhatsApp reactions, a lot of users have wondered how reacting works on WhatsApp, even if the feature is under development. Today we can finally show a new exclusive screenshot!“
As indicated through a screenshot shared by WhatsApp features tracker WABetaInfo, Replies to messages are displayed only under the available text in the app. Message reply capabilities are available for individual and group chats, allowing the caller to see who answered a particular message. This means that replies to WhatsApp messages are not anonymous.
WABetaInfo reports that users would be able to use any emoji that they want. This sounds similar to how you can use any emoji for reacting to a message on Facebook’s Messenger. However, it is unlike message reactions available on Twitter and iMessage where users don’t have a lot of options and there are only a few preloaded emoji to react.

As you can see, this message contains 7 reactions, at least for now you can use any emoji you want to react. The response is not anonymous, so everyone in the conversation can see who responded to a particular message.
Even though the screenshots were taken from the iOS version of WhatsApp, WhatsApp is also working hard to introduce message reactions in the beta version. WhatsApp for Android Well, because the feature is under development, the situation may change before it is released, but this is the current situation: you can use any emoji, and everyone can see who responded.
Details on when the reaction to the news will become part of WhatsApp have not yet been announced. The screenshots also appear to be taken from the WhatsApp version of the iPhone. However, WABetaInfo said that WhatsApp is also working hard to bring news responses to the Android beta version of WhatsApp.
The previously known details indicate that users should install a supported version of WhatsApp on their devices in order to view the response to the message at the end. Users who do not have this version will be asked to update the application.
Although the message reaction function is not yet available, WhatsApp has released Sticker Heist as its new animated sticker pack for all users. The pack includes 17 stickers to celebrate the release of the fifth and final season of the Netflix show Money Heist.
