Apple Card: Daily cash credits for iPhone 13 customers affected by pre-order problems

Apple Card users tried to place their iPhone 13 orders on the morning of iPhone 13 preorders. However, they were met with various errors messages. Apple now offers Daily Cash credits for those Apple Card users who were unable to order their iPhone 13 using Apple Card. However, they can still make purchases via Apple Card.

Wie wir berichteten, iPhone 13 preorders opened this morning

Apple Card’s processing system is apparently suffering from several bugs. Apple Card was apparently unable to purchase the iPhone 13 for users. Other payment options worked perfectly. But of course, this means you miss out on the 3% Daily Cash if you don’t pay with Apple Card.

Apple Card provides 3% daily cashback on Apple products, pre-orders and all other purchases. Apple Card is a great credit card to use when making Apple products, because it gives you 3% back on your full purchase price.

An email was sent to Apple Card customers by 9to5MacApple:

Your iPhone Pre-Order was successfully processed using a different payment method than Apple Card. We understand that your initial purchase attempt with Apple Card was declined and you didn’t earn 3% Daily Cash.

We regret the inconvenience that you have experienced. On the first payment for your iPhone 13, we will give you credit for Daily Cash. You’ll see this appear as a Balance Adjustment in the Wallet app. You’ll also see this on your October monthly statements.

Apple says iPhone Upgrade Program Members can also earn Daily Cash back for future iPhone Payments by going to Citizen Loan.

Were you unable to place your iPhone 13 pre-order using Apple Card last month? Apple sent you this email. Leave a comment!

Thank you, Jacob
